My America journey
I joined Kidsgrove Scouts in 2009 and became UK champion and second in Europe. I had a fantastic season last year so I decided to stay for another season. I am so glad that I stayed as I have made new friends and had a great laugh. Our 2010 season has been great so far and I'm now off to the last camp before America.

I'm in the car now on my way to Coventry where the last camp before America starts. We are ready for America now, our bags are packed, hotels are booked and there's no going back. Our holiday starts now and I cant wait. I know that car journeys are long and boring but when you have a reason like America to travel it doesn't seem all that bad. I know that this holiday is going to be once in a life time experience but it is going to be really hard work to reach our goal, also its going to be made even better by my friends at kidsgrove scouts, we always have a laugh and make good times better. We set off from Preston at 12:30 and we have been stuck in the M6 car park for what seems like an eternity but we have arrived at the hotel after about 6 hours of travelling.
